We had a Japanese family consisting of 3 kids from Tokyo during GW.
They booked us half a year ago and stayed here for 5 days.
According to them, it was very difficult to find an accommodation which they can stay all together.
So, we are very glad that they found us and used our spacious room as a family as what this room intended.
I was wondering about this family since their travel preference is different from other guests who have little kids as well.
The places they visited were quite hidden and unfamous but still those are historical temples and gardens.
And I found out the surprising fact about this family. They have an official certification about Kyoto history and its culture .
It was very impressive that the parents and kids studied about Kyoto history together and visited the places they’ve learn.
I’m sure they are Kyoto specialists (expert about Kyoto) more than local people in Kyoto.
