We finally got our mascot rabbit at our reception desk and we call her Anthu-chan.
This kawaii (cute) mascot was designed by an animal doll maker “Pikousa” san, it’s her nickname as the designer.
And rabbit is one of her favorite characters which she often created most of her display shows.
She designed Anthu logo based on our ideas and created it by clay. It’s so realistic and I like her beautiful red eyes!
Our Inn ‘s name is Kyo-Anthu Inn.
” Kyo” stands for Kyoto and “Anthu” is the abbreviation for Anthurium which is a flower that symbolizes happiness and hospitality.
About our logo, we use rabbit which symbolizes cleverness, self-devotion and good companionship.
Anthu chan is holding a heart- shaped Anthurium flower which contains wishes from our guests who will enjoy our homey guest house and will cater services with our personal touch.
Pikousa-san,
thank you for making this cute character Anthu chan.
I hope she’ll bring the best of luck for us to have many guests and wonderful encounters to us.
I am very excited to receive a lot of guests from tomorrow with our newcomer team mate Anthu chan.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
