I was invited to attend a pre opening event of the Android Buddha robot show. It is a world first class Buddha robot and it was published by Kodai-Temple.
Kodai-ji Temple is located in the north eastern part of Yasaka Temple in Higashiyama ward, Kyoto and this temple is well known on their beautiful garden during Autumn season.
The autumn leaves reflected on the surface of the water and it looks beautiful.
And this time ,Kodai-ji Temple surprised us with this new invention of the Android Buddha robot which can blink, hold her hands together and give us a sermon with woman’s voice.
Honestly, the voice of the Android Buddha robot didn’t match since it sounds like a human and not robotic.
I prefer more the robotic voice than human. Anyways, this is my personal opinion though.
However, this is a great opportunity to get a lot of people’s interests such as Japanese young generations and even for travelers.
Through this, we could be much more closer to Buddhism.
Android Buddha robot is going to be opened to the public from March 8 to May 6.
