We are more than happy to host our regular customers.
This is her 4th time to stay and we always appreciate that she never failed to contact us whenever she’s coming to Kyoto.
After she checked-in in the late afternoon, she showed up in a beautiful Kimono for attending to a hotel party to see Maiko.
She must be at the center of attention there since I’ve heard there were only a couple of women who wore Kimono.
The next day, she ordered our breakfast plan so we prepared while she was running outside. We didn’t have breakfast plans before however we got some requests sometimes.
I think it’s a good service especially for a guest who wants to spend in a room in the morning and it’s nice to give our guests more choices.
As for her, she always left a long message on our guest’s note which we always look forward to read on her feedback.
