We got our first good review on Expedia booking site from one of our guests
who is a Chinese couple from Hongkong.
They stayed here for 2 days.
They are very polite and a little shy so I didn’t really have a chance to talk with them. However, I always try to meet my guests when they are leaving and coming back while they are staying here.
In this way, I can have a short conversation with them and asking some questions such as” What’s your plan for today?, Where are you going ? , How was your day ?, What did you eat for dinner? something like that.
I think, this kind of conversation is very important to make our guests feel better and comfortable while staying here with us in Kyoto !
I’m grateful that this couple appreciated how I treat them to make themselves feel at home. Also, they gave me their compliment being hospitable in their review.
