I know this situation might be going to happen in time but never ever thought that it ‘s going to happen very soon.

One of our guests who were staying at our family room (consisting of 5 people ) for 4 days , damaged our floor accidentally.
They told me that some of them dyed their hair and dropped the liquid on the floor.
We tried to removed it but unfortunately the stain still remained.

However , I would like to say thank you for their honest report and considerate on their payment offer for the damage.

I was a bit sad on this matter since our Inn is a totally brand new but something has crossed on my mind that I should take this matter in a positive way so we can handle better this kind of thing next time.

On the next day , I invited them to our tea gathering. I assumed they felt very bad to us because of the situation last night.
So, I wanted to make them feel better and successfully our relationship became well!

They took so many cute pictures wearing Kimono in some of the beautiful Kyoto streets and showed them us.
By the way, this is the reason why one of them dyed her hair before the day. Lol ( for photo shoot)

All I want is , as long as our guests have relaxing and having enjoyable
time with friends or family at our Inn during their stay, I would be happy too.
However, we also want to ask our favor to every guests to take care of our inn. That would be highly appreciated.

It was the great time getting to know each other and I was happy that you guys really explored Kyoto but also Nara, Osaka and many places in Kansai area.
