Golden week is also our spring vacation and it has just started from April 27th.
We are having a lot of Japanese guests this time.
The guest was a single traveler, coming from Nigata prefecture where it is located in the northern part of Japan.
She is visiting Kyoto to see her friend.
We’ve been holding her reservation for a long time since she reserved a couple of few weeks after the opening of our Inn.
Thanks to her Kyoto’s friend, she found our Inn’s flyer at the Soba (buckwheat noodles ) restaurant and her friend introduced her our accommodation.
The Soba restaurant is called “Tsuruya” which is my father’s friend’s restaurant and they served us very delicious Soba and other Japanese dishes as well.
During her stay here for 3 days, she had a lot of fun plans with a friend such as observing “Miyako Odori” which is Geiko & Maiko the seasonal dance show, joining the tea ceremony at Daitokuji temple, going to a Japanese celebrity’s outside concert at Yakushiji where it is one of the world’s heritage temple , and of course eating Soba at the Tsuruya was also one of their important plans.
I was very happy to hear that she had some fun plans every day when she came back into our inn.
