Kyo-Anthu Inn got the first home stayed guest from Saudi Arabia who is currently studying at a university in Saitama prefecture.
On his first day here, we welcomed him together with the family and prepared a party style sushi called “Temaki-sushi” (self-hand-rolled sushi).
He has dietary restrictions due to his religious practices.
However, he can eat seafood and he seems having fun in making his own combination of favorite ingredients such as fresh Salmon and Tuna.
